Project Overview

This training course demonstrates how I designed a technical learning experience to help analytics practitioners and audit professionals build interactive dashboards using Sherlock Builder, a cloud-based analytics platform built on AWS QuickSight and integrated with Caseware Working Papers.

The course walks learners through the full workflow of transforming engagement data into visual insights. Learners create analyses, build charts and KPIs, configure filters and parameters, develop calculated fields, and publish dashboards for organizational reporting.

The training emphasizes practical application through guided product walkthroughs and demonstrations of real analytics workflows. By the end of the course, learners understand how to transform engagement data into dashboards that support firm-wide analytics and decision-making.
